Industrial Laundry

Industrially washed fabrics are normally treated to a 90°C washing cycle to remove not only grease and grime from everyday workshop garments but also can be used to remove bacterial matter from hospital bed sheets & health care workers uniforms.

Using water, added cleaning solutions and fabric softener in the washing process aides the material in not only looking clean but also feeling smooth and smelling fresh.
The material is then usually blasted with dry air at high temperatures to remove excess water before being pressed or rolled and dried as the final stage before being wrapped and despatched back to the customer.

Garments consisting mainly of Coveralls, Trousers and Jackets made from Cotton Drill material are normally industrial washed at temperatures ranging from 70°C to 90°C depending on fabric detergents and softeners used.
